30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30 day return policy on most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • You have your order number or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked at the time of purchase

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Email us at supportcuisinarthub.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any instructions you may need.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to post

  • PayPal refunds are typically processed immediately but may take a few days to reflect

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at supportcuisinarthub.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

We will cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again.

If the refund still hasn't appeared, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
